From last PR Points of interest for me

1)Spahr further commented, "I am extremely happy to officially announce the Joint Venture with VStarr.

you wrote....That is true, providing we actually have a true interest with our joint venture partner.

I feel they have addressed this concern with item 1

2) VStarr is the brain child for the whole talent contest project, and through the course of the last 2 weeks I have been able to negotiate the terms of the agreement in which I am confident will make the shareholders of the Company very pleased over time.

It's still not disclosed what portion of any revenues go to us and what portion go to the partner. None of the press releases mentioned any partner, they all inferred this was our business.

I've seen some of these deals fall through because the contract didn't get signed. This improved my comfort level on ADCS. Could you post where in their earlier press releases they stated this was a business exclusively owned by ADCS. I never saw that...the word inferred is really a subjective thing. open to interpretation.

3) The operations and all technology rights will be in the control of ADCS, as we work closely with all the alliances we have established to date.
IBM learned the hard way in their initial deal with MSFT that controlling the technology rights is position to be in

4) The websites will be a major point of information. The level of sophistication and technology
This is subtle but important point. If you notice Chris Mckenna from Vstarr and Spahr both come from web/internet infra-structure backgrounds. This project will require a robust comuter/web system to work properly.

5) We hope to begin taking auditions early in the second quarter,

This could be a major catalyst for next price run up in ADCS. A press conference or mentions in major media outlets would bring a whole new level of buying in to ADCS.


*****One piece I'm looking for is ADCS to sign on with a qualified music/television producer to put the whole show together from a logistic stand point. If they announce they partnered with a credible/big name producer this stock could go nuts into multi-pennies very quickly imho.
