Heck, the last email (in Dec) I got from NEOM (Chip and Frank) was them telling me that they did not know if we were or were not in default to YA/CC. I responded back asking how they would not know this as it is a HUGE issue. Of course I have not heard back from either of them.

Something stinks to high heaven here. IMO
