In this most recent news release by Natural Nutrition it says that CSI Business Finance, Inc has changed its name to i-nutrition Inc. In a paragraph from NTNI's last quarterly financial report that was filed with the SEC it says the following:

"The Company was subsequently renamed in 2005 to CSI Business Finance, Inc. (the Florida corporation). In September of 2006, CSI Business Finance, Inc. changed its name to Natural Nutrition, Inc. and simultaneously redomiciled from Florida to Nevada."


Could you or someone else please explain to me how CSI Business Finance, Inc can change its name in September of 2006 to Natural Nutrition, Inc. and then now
again to i-nutrition, Inc.
