You really don't think that is a real meeting, do you? Do you believe that a company brings a photographer in to a actual meeting?

I worked for a $10B defense contractor many years ago and was the subject of this type of photo. Everyone in the dept was told to dress nicely and the photographer picks who he wants where and takes some shots.

That fact has never been in doubt for me. IMO, the information on the whiteboard was left there by mistake. Even if they had the forsight to mention it, the photographer likely said it wouldn't be visible in the picture.
