I have to admit, your command of English is improving!

But still, filings/reporting/auditing isn't free. It cost money and that's part of being a reporting. Someone has to pay the auditors and the paper preppers -- including those who convert the paperwoek into Edgar documents. This isn't a cheap process and costs money.

Personally I am thrilled to see the funds go to distribution, production, and sales. That's why people use the PK status -- a way to save money while establishing themselves in the market. Once they are profitable and stable, they can choose to report as a PK, or uplist to a reporting company.

But hey, anyone in a PK already knows that. Even you should by dear extra.

Oh yeah, please stay on topic and don't spam the forum w/ other symbols. Keep in mind you only 3 posts per day and I would hate to see them all deleted.

You know Extra, for someone who writes opinions on this stock as you do, and try to make people think you are some kind of smart trader and know it all. You need to read your own post, if you have time since you try to make them sound like you are a financial brain child or something. The fact is the more you write the more people realize that your writings are extreamly STUPID. As stated by you: "The reason WNBD will not post their financials for the stock world to see is because they are just like the rest of the pinkys that lose money in an unsecessful busisness". Then you state, they reveal their financials to all these other companies that they are doing busisness with. So just how STUPID does that make you sound, or are the CEO's of Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Surfill, and all the other companies that extend credit to WNBD the Stupid ones lol. I for one think the answer is pretty obvious. good luck to ya.
