It still wouldn't work because he said he did not expect his O/S to go up over the next few months, which leads one to believe that it will go up a few months from now. He just increased the O/S here by over 15% last week, so I sincerely doubt he plans to reduce any shares soon unless he plans to reverse split you guys. Now that is always a possiblity.
