Its not about being "*buddy-buddy* with the CEO" Harley, its about business etiquette... I guess we cant expect everyone to understand this. Not everyone has worked in a business environment... I apologize for placing such high expectations in others.
Days ago you felt this was one of the best penny stocks, now you claim you "deserve better than what we are getting in return"?
IMO, WNBD has done a stand up job keeping its investors informed and laying down the building blocks compared to most pennies... You KNEW this was a non filing company and it never stopped you from investing
If they could snap their fingers and have all the filings done, im sure they would, but in the REAL WORLD it takes cash, time and employee resources to accomplish this feat. IMO, the Cash, time and employees are better spent on growing SALES for now... Once they have enough EXTRA resources, THEN it would be wise of them to file. Agree?
For them to uplist, it would take about $500,000 to file all the old filings and have them audited, as well as physical inventory audits at each location (Corporate HQ, Surefil, etc). Is it worth it right now? Or is this precious cash better spent on national advertising, isle displays, print material, employees, etc to SUPPORT the sales of our mass retailers?
Let me put it this way... If the product does not SELL inside these retailers, it will be removed from the shelves and the odds of every having a SECOND chance would be close to ZERO. Should they sacrifice this opportunity and shift their focus, cash, employees towards financials?
Again, like i said, not everyone has worked in a business environment and UNDERSTANDS what it takes to build a national brand... but its sure easy to sit here on a message board and stick our chests out.
Good luck man. You're always welcome here.
