hardtimes :) 1. Cannot tell by the way it appears both have operated what if anything would be of value to transfer over. I have been of the opinion that the comingling was part of the reason AAPU was temporarily suspended from trading. 2. Dissolution normally goes hand in hand with liquidating-- especially when it is voluntary.
Someone else brought up the point/query as to why AAPU would dissolve and lose the potential for the shell. That's a fair question/point. My take was that it may have been too hard and costly to clean so dissolving, liquidating and distributing would make more economical sense.
