Agree! IF and I underscore IF they know undisclosed information. Still, Torvec's info and claims of Ford interest is out there. (I've even posted it on the FORD iHub board.........and got zero response! Lack of posters perhaps.)
Never the less, while I agree with you blue heron that trading on insider info would be dangerous and plain stupid, I don't think THIS is THAT (inside info).
It either shows that TORVEC's message has no legs outside of the local community of Rochester NY OR that even the people at Ford or GM who may have stumbled across Torvec on a Google search give it a low probability.
How can it be "inside information" if it was presented to 400 shareholders at the Casa Larga at the end of January and then filed with the SEC?
