This is the "wild wild west" of stock trading/gambling and it just comes with the territory!
It happens all of the time with shell takeovers! Just look at SWVC.OB , Their CEO came out and said the same thing , and there stock ran from .0007 to .085 and their still paying off legacy debt from the previous owners. I made a small fortune on that company , just because I road the MOMO wave ! lol
A little over 200 million is still very low for a .000 stock!
Its time to reload the ol' ATM machine here at ADCS and start making some money! I feel your pain on the lieing , scamming CEO, R/S thingy , but I'm afraid your going to miss a good run coming up on this new company , because of your past hurts with previous owners. IMO
I've read that you have a law suit against previous shell owners. Could you please answer a few questions:
1) What is the time frame that your suit covers?
2) Who were the official owners of the shell during this time frame?
3) What were the call letters / cusp # ?
4) What is the reason that you are sueing them ?
5) I'm assuming that the main reason your suing them is because you lost alot of money, if so , how much?
6) How far along are you in the courts and which courts are you filing in?
7) Is the law suit just yourself or are there other shareholders involved?
