Not entirely true.Rules that have recently gone into effect call for more reporting, not to mention start up companies can not be lumped into a market like NYSE.People invest in pinks for the short term and long term potential.Yes things go on that should not, however, this is how start up companies with ideas get funded.Always has been!Some of your points are flat out silly IMO!
