Maybe it won't be a scam. We will have to wait and see what they put in it. This is still an OTCBB stock so at least we will have disclosure and be able to find out if they are really doing anything or not.

You can tell what they are planning to do from reading the 8k's. Notice how many times they say anti-dilutive or non-dilutive? Airport LLC and ECRV will say all their shares are non-dilutive and reverse the rest of the shares. Probably a 1/100 reverse split for all shares except the 30 million Airport and ECRV own. So a ballpark breakdown of the share structure will be something like, ERVC owns 25 mil, Airport owns 5 mil, everyone else combined will own 300K or about 1%. Just a final FU to shareholders from Kyle, but that's just the kind of guy he is. You'll get nothing and like it!

And Theresa Palumbo doesn't seem to have high hopes for this. She just sold 4,425,000 shares for 10K. 0.00226 per share
