I have one more post for today and so i thought i would point out a Silver- lining among the clouds. Economy is going down because of the Consumer BAD morgage,credit, and inflation in energy and food!
But they are all individual persons related!
The general mood of the Ceo's is they are doing well!
I gave an example of how i thought Disney would have a good summer quarter.
Americans will stay home instead of travel this year, and Europeans will visit and even bring more revenue!
Thuss, when wall st. people get a gain and start to make money.. YOu will see the housing market bottom and start to go back up!
I believe we are still going to see housing prices drop as much as 20% more, however it will be Panic selling!
This story relates to our hard working company BIHC because they are in an area of that economy i just talked about that should do well in an economy like ours!
THis is a great time, and once again shows the real smarts of brain these three wise kings have!$$$$$$$$$$$$
BIHC is going to lower costs to entry in this market and than raise the proffit margin, and thuss proffit for the company!
I would go to work as an apprentice in a heartbeat if they asked!$$$$$$$$$$$
