Exactly - What it means is that in a BUYOUT we will all get more than the callable preferred holders who will get .05 and the rest of us get the rest of the offer...
Right now we are trading the outstanding shares, and very soon we will see that number.. imo - around 150 million shares...
No worries about preferred conversions..
