Its annoying but simple. One of two things just like Bear Stearns

1. Someone who owns the stock for awhile and finally sees some volume sells while they have the chance at any price.

2. Shorts come in because they know no one is buying and then they will kill it to the pre r/s price and then cover later.

If there is no buying we are prime candidates for continuous shorting and we will eventually be below a penny

LEts hope we get some buying soon.
