The proof is in the paperwork, and it seems that newbridge settled with them (900k shares). Why would they settle with a scam company and "crims" as you put it?
And yeah, I agree with you that Gonzalez has no experience in this biz-by his own admission. In fact, a month ago I was posting here hoping that he was going to directly provide investors with some info. That did not happen. But I guess that he has a finacial background and everything points to Burt Webber as being the point man with experience. That's how it was with Mel Fisher and Robert Marx.
