GE's chart may just be reflecting their lack of bad mortgage debt and their ability to borrow at extremely low rates. GE Capital Credit was very busy in the last recession financing Debtor in Posession positions, for example.
Their GE power business should be very strong, and the aerospace business should be good as well.
