#1985 RE: TraderDog #1984

Larry Hillabrandt has a history of doing reverse splits and then opening the spickets and diluting until he reverse splits again then walks away. He was involved in the shell that became EAGM (another non-functional shell) as an energy company before disappearing. He reverse split that company Orinoco Resources 2 times in one year. Then sold the company/shell without notifying shareholders and refused to answer the phone or respond to emails afterwards. The new owners EAGM promoted gold mines in Columbia and then disappeared themselves last year, changing the name of the company several times until there was no record of what the new name was or where any of the officers were located. They still can't be found. I am afraid this is what is planned by this CEO now. Pump a new company, raise money on the hype and then just run away. JMHO
