it looks like to me that this company is in the process of coming out with their plans, i was not able to find what or where they plan on exploring or acquiring but suffice it to say the ceo has a nice resume.

and this is the nature of the speculation play here, i like you am waiting to find out what their plans are if you find anything futher out please bring it to this board thanks

(OTCBB: CWOI) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that on March 17, 2008, the Company closed an offering, by way of private placement, of 5,050,000 units at a purchase price of US$1.00 per unit, raising gross proceeds of US$5,050,000.
