This could mean 2 things:

A (big) new deal is coming or Kirk is buying, he already bought 15% @ $9,60. This way his average wil go down a lot.

Yes, nice bounce off the bottom of the channel at $4.19 and got back up to the top at $5.50 a wee bit faster than I expected, then nominally thru it on very good volume. Intraday also thru the 50 dma which I have at $5.69, first time since early November. Major resistance around $6 where it topped out twice during February. Let's see how much further it can go before the pullback begins, and how far back the retrace goes.

Just as is the case with the market averages, the big question is whether a medium-term bottom has been signaled or whether this is just another typical short-lived flash-up in a bear mkt. A 9-month downtrend like the one we've been in rarely ends in a V-spike bottom, but usually with a double bottom or inverted H&S which could take a month or two to play out. Barring any really major positive news in the next few week, I think the outcome will be determined primarily by continuing developments in the credit crisis, about which I'm not at all optimistic.

Disclaimer: The above note, similar in tenor to several others I've posted in the last few weeks and months, is from a guy who has been repeatedly accused during those months of having a blindingly bullish outlook on this stock's share price. Go figure.

Clem,

Since we broke through all your resistance targets in one day, what is next?

imo $6.70 is next key target and a break above should signal a retracement back above $9.

This came across news wire @ 3:34 and Siri posted link on Yahoo in response to Zahn. Siri can post full link here. I removed what did not pertain to HALO. Thanks Siri, didn't see yours until after I posted. I type really slow!!!! LOL

This could be answer or partial answer to volume today. They have balance of this week to add whatever the quota must be.

Two things I do discount are Mr. Kirk buying and a buyout.

I do agree with Idaho about Cowan presentation. Naming our new, soon to be announced program Cheetah because it is moving so fast was a hoot. Talking about abreviated approval pathway, while not new, was nice to hear they still believe is is probable. With safety for chronic dosing ongoing studies to support approval, future co-formulations could move much faster than normal. While it appears most do not understand the signifigance of guidance given over the past year, it is very clear and management can not spell it out any clearer. All will become clearer to everyone once the criteria for our first pivotal trial is announced. Moving from Phase I-II trials to pivotal Phase III is huge and it seems this could be the norm. So much more to talk about that is coming in next 3 months and all year. Just keeps getting better.

Good Luck,

Rod
