I am sorry, I can't answer as to what you have, or have not seen, did you expect that I could answer what you have seen?

I have seen a disclaimer on PQL's posts that were posted while he was a paid consultant of PHGI. I am not aware whether he still is or not - (his disclaimer on his homesite has not been updated in several weeks.) I have also not seen any posts from him on this site since end of Feb, so I do not know whether they contain a post relationship disclaimer (if indeed the relationship has expired, which I also don't know)
