Why would he not be allowed in the office? He is still employed by the company, just not the CEO
I work for a major corporation and our CEO is never there. Sometimes the VP runs the day to day operations adn when she is out of town the VP of operaions runs the daily operations. Once again he is still employed just not the CEO.
