I know of three investors that had GTC orders in at .04 and .042. Neither got a share. I was also in for .04, but I entered it after I saw the .03-.056 spread. Obviously didn't get any.

MM's in pinkyland don't have to fill any order. They can literally work right around yours if they feel so inclined. Don't believe me though, call your broker and ask them.
