neal...it may be that Hall can't walk away without the whole house of cards tumbling down. It may be that it is just a stall tactic to keep the shareholders from gaining access to what we "bashers" presume to be the situation.

neal...some very valid points you make. I believe the bottom line is that the name Pinnacle Business is now tainted even in the penny community. By changing the name, many will lose track of it, and they will have an easier time in carrying forward. Whether they plan to sell the shell, or start over again.
FWIW, I think this group of mullets will follow them anywhere. Hall wouldn't want to lose his lone asset.
