One key issue is housing - their baggages can only get heavier when housing continue to slide. Those securities tied to housing will just stay rotten.
Until we see a glimmer light from housing, don't bet on housing. That's at least a year away. Of course, spectulators will always say worst is already behind - so let them hold the bag.
