#9950 RE: I Don't Sell Homes #9949

Maybe you should read a little more, systems do have to be approved by the EPA to get contracts in the USA for clean water waste/water. RCCH is approved. The suppliers of filters or parts that you show may not but systems like RCCH offers to supply water districts for developments, towns and/or cities sure do. That is why RCCH will be showing millions in signed contracts IMO. I am ready.

When there were no companies approved by the EPA to install complete water waste/water systems they had to get waivers from the EPA to install water systems. Now that RCCH is EPA approved RCCH does not have to apply for a waiver like any other company. RCCH/IWS is the one stop shop and will be HUGE very soon. People should really do some reading before posting misinformation. GLTA.

At least you admit that RCCH/IWS is they only company approved by the EPA (Federal government of the USA) to install water waste/water systems/districts. That is certainly HUGE and offers something that no other company can. I am very pleased and thankful to have a position here. GLTA.

You are partially correct. All these other companies need to apply for waivers (until 2010 when they start phasing this arrangement out).
Speaking to people in the industry this often gets held up ages at this planning/approval stage. What do you feel these developers think when they see a competitor with an IWS system get approved immediately and straight into construction? If you can't get out of your current contract who do you think they will at least consider for the next one.
This is and will be happening on a continually increasing basis.
Just waiting for the contracts to start being announced and again you are correct...the pps shouldn't be at .011, it should be many multiples higher than it is....IMHO
