My initial thoughts were, "How can Sandy be so stupid as to post a projected PPS". Then, not wanting to have all negative thoughts, I considered something that may be giving him to much credit.

First, I do think that he got some of the initial startup capital from friends, whom he secured it with shares with a promise of a certain PPS for their donations. Secondly, I see him trying to buy shares at a low PPS and then selling into the run. Remember, he can buy on the open market without reporting. Basically, geting cheap shares from the weak of heart.

Thirdly,I do not see any type of an R/S until after a run and his friends have been paid back in full. After that.....Watch Out!!!!!
