Interesting link indepth, problem I do see initially though is that 100% of the shares are held by the nationals, whereas the rules specify 51% is the only requirement.
So, even though it is interesting, there is no evidence whatsoever of any ownership by SLJB or any of its' principles in that document.
FYI also, unless you have international trademarks on the Sulja name, there could be one in the Ukraine, Portugal, UAE, Lebanon, Africa and other places and that would still not mean that they had to be connected.
