Correction

I see that the compalint was ammended as follows on page 4

AMENDED COMPLAINT

Plaintiff, SHANE TRAVELER, files this Amended Complaint against~ Defendant, HYDROFLO, INC., a North Carolina Corporation, and alleges:

However the Approval of Settlement by the Judge (page 8) is for the defunct Florida corp so in essence, the Judge did not sign an order approving the settlement for the North Carolina corp IMO.
