All anyone has to do is contact the SEC for the details of the REGDEX: how many shares, to who and at what discount to market. THAT is due diligence and necessary for an informed decision.

Share structure is crucial to know as a part of any investment. Over 327 million shares have traded since February 8, 2008. With no idea of the financial condition of WNBD, sharesholders should at least know who has the 150 million Restricted and what current O/S after huge trading days.
