Perhaps Stewart and others have stepped forward from days past. He dubed his last SVP of some big bucks (major six figures) perhaps he may have encumbered the patent in some way. That is not true. If it were, in this case for example, the other companies over the last 6 years would own the patent, not Steve or NUBV. If I am in inventor listed on a patent, for a product i developed for a company, you are right. If I leave the patent stays.
