1. Mgnt of any company would be concerned with a sec suspension from trading.
2. Mgnt of any company would have lawyers to represent them in a sec matter.
3. Mgnt better be cooperating with the sec.
As usual Anthony didn't say anything.
I have been waiting weeks for the Anthonys response to the following email I had sent him after speaking to him on the phone.
I had called the business office phone for Beverages Creations and it was confirmed to me that there were two other businesses
located in the same suite with Beverage Creations and they were divisions. The lady then transferred me to Anthony who told me
he didn't know what the relationship was and he would get back to me right away so I sent the email.
His non-responses were red flags indeed.

1. What connection does Adventis and Forceout Products have in relation to Beverage Creations. Are they part of the same entity? If so how are they related to one another?
You stated two weeks ago on the phone you would provide me this information, but have yet to do so. All three companies share the same suite address, and when I called I was told they are divisions?
2. What was the dealings that lead to Jason Wynn obtaining approximately 3.3mil shares in the convertable debt offering?
3. Can you please provide me a listing of the current inside holders and amounts of shares held, indicating if they are restricted or not?
