Your calculations imply that non-contributors are the antithesis of contributors yet in this sense I view non-contributors as neutral, the direct opposite of contributors being the detrimentals. The non-cons by their neutrality have for the most part rendered themselves impotent
The real question being the percentage and weight of the contributors as opposed to that of those who are by nature detrimental. War would be good in this case only if the percentage and degree of influence of the detrimentals outweigh that of the Einsteins or Pi’ankhys.
