give me a freakin break, when you get an appraisal it is done in great detail and not given on a piece of paper that says your house is worth so and so. yes evaulations should be done in detail and not just some number thrown out.

MonkeyNinja: I think appraiser is a bad analogy in your post. I pay for an appraiser and he/she does their job, I can not legally influence the report in any way, or the appraiser loses their license and I can get fined, etc... IMO - Media consultant is a pr mill, and will distribute anything you give them. It is not against the law to have them put out an exact outline of what you give them. That is peoples point here, the pr could be/has been manipulated by the corporation. That’s how the pinks pr get done.
Nothing new, but also nothing of value yet again to us, the shareholders. I’m just waiting for the other shoe to fall....
