There was not a BUYOUT of TFNG. I think there may have been one in the works. Therefore, Sandy let the CD holders free. But TFNG chose a different route of funding probably to get a higher buyout price in the future. Yes, the CD holders dumped shares at that point.
If you READ the CRTC documents that came out, Mayhem Media has provided TFNG with a revolving line of credit in the amount of $500,000. That is how TFNG is operating month to month. That is NOT a buyout. This line of credit was extended to TFNG in exchange for shares in TFNG, and the exchange of shares from Mikes wife.
No Buyout.
