You should have never entered the U.S. Equity markets - especially the pinksheets, if you have no knowledge or experience at marketing your company's stock and managing investor expectation. As a long time shareholder, I am very disappointed with the performance of NDOL/NWOG/NWOL to date, and expect management to take its fiduciary responsibilities to NWOL shareholders more seriously. And I'm one of the few remaining positive shareholders.

The easiest and first step toward remedying the abysmal current situation is to begin providing more clear communications with investors (and the market). Next is to file GAAP audited financials with the SEC as per company's stated near-term goal. These two steps alone would do wonders for our company's shareholders value, which should also interest you as fellow shareholders.

Thank you for considering this matter and hopefully addressing it as soon as possible. Thank you.
