All we have is a vague email from Megas concerning that 60 million is "short".

How come he won't put that in writing?

Megas is awfully free with the garbage he pumps in emails - but he's really careful about what he puts in SEC filings...

Not once has Megas claimed ANY shorts or ANY naked shorts in any SEC filing.

Like I said before... maybe he's just being coy - or maybe he thinks that would be too mean to say.

Or maybe.... it's not true?
