Its called greed, lack of oversight and lack of ethics IMHO. What needs to happen is that those below that take orders over the phone don't just go along with those above who feed them an obtuse blanket generic non-answer.

One of the problems we have in the world today is people quit thinking for themselves and do whatever their employer says and some at the top may have sold out long ago.

A good movie to watch about this subject of ethics is an old Al Pacino movie called "And Justice for ALL"

I know I had to call in FRGY and other restricted stocks today(and previous) to Scottrade and they have always given me an obtuse reason for the restriction.

obtuse definition seems to fit exactly: lacking sharpness or quickness of sensibility or intellect : insensitive, stupid b: difficult to comprehend : not clear or precise in thought or expression.
