I understand fortnights and African time, but IT'S ABOUT FRIGGEN TIME THEY GOT A LITTLE IRKED.
Chevron and Anadarko simply have NO excuse, they both have many rigs capable of the job. Kick'em to the curb and give it all to Addax, Sinopec, and of course, ERHC Energy. At least they are motivated to get the oil flowing.
CVX and Anadarko are letting Sao Tomean's rot in poverty all to aid their political chess match. It's sad that their managements sleep well at night because they believe they've done well by their shareholders, who eat Caviar, while Sao Tomeans eat anything they're lucky enough to get their hands on.
