Did you take this into account?

"• Subsequent event: On 12/31/2007 the Company was disputing its liability for 3 promissory notes with principal and accrued interest of $225,000. The Company has since been released from any liability and obligation regarding these notes
The 3/31/2008 financial statements will reflect a reduction in liabilities of $225,000 ."

Investment from shareholders $1,000,000. Net losses to investors, $984,600.............Really?.......does this include the $350,000 his salary, No payday mining operations,
Cost to the non existent attorney, for what in the first place?...trips, office fee's, paper clips, post-it-notes?

This is the way a responsible CFO/CEO, manages what?. a good 2 mn maybe? since Rsli and 2 504's?........and 3.7bn share sold.........more than Mickey Dee's hamburgers. Covers more than half the population in the world. More than 1/3 of Softy's o/s's.

Lets hire this man!

Lets see?.......mmmmmmmmm sounds like he is wanting to relive this from where it all began 20 months ago, its almost a duplication, well almost, except the a/s share count of 10bn wasn't in place yet or the 504D. Nostalgia, longing for the good ole day's when money was pouring in from all of us. Guess Berman does have enough for his retirement, he wants ours to. He has been hanging with to many people suffering from dementia. Wonder how much he ripped off from them as well?.

I seem to remember a PR touting the first revenue for the company. Man, I think we made more than that at our last garage sale. This looks better and better every day doesn't it?
