as i understand it, the symbol change is recognized by NASDAQ then takes effect the next trading day. EDS is going to notify us at the point that NASDAQ completes the symbol change, which is 24 hours before it starts trading under it

I am not sure when that means, and to be honest I have sort of stopped paying attention to anything they say about timing

Yes 24hr prior to symbol change IMO... So that it will be PR'ed along with showing up at otcbb daily list...
