Right, however RFNS is not filing anything with the SEC right now. I'm not too sure about the timing of the reporting requirements here. And, even when a company is reporting, I think a corporate officer, large shareholder, etc. can get in a load of trouble even if they do file the form if it is apparent they acted dubiously. I think this is what got Martha Stewart in hot water. Someone else have anything?
