I call during office hours I get a nice sounding female and not a recording saying "CyberKey Solutions". Today, I asked to speak to someone in sales and indeed did get a live sales person.
Additionally while talking to this guy I also herd background conversation from another guy who was apparently answering a customer call. Although I caould only hear his voice, it sounded like I heard him say his name was Jeff!
In past (last week), I have also asked (same friendly female voice) to speak to Plant and was transfered to his voice mail. Plant returned my call the same day.
So the phrase "Call and see that no one is answering the phone" was actually meant to be a "subjective" statement without any supportive fact like the time of day or maybe something like calling CyberKey on the weekend.
