we are basing here for sure. I just think that once we settle down we will start a nice little climb again. I think that PR was just a reminder, sort of a shot across the bow, to let us know that we are still in the energy industry as well especially given the current cost of energy and way the energy stocks are reacting currently to that cost. We were just stopping the decline in its tracks and making sure the base was set here and not 25 cents lower for example.
