I thought this board was to discuss DPBM not a collection agency. It is starting to show a motive for the last 4 months of a banter we have been enduring from a former employee. Interesting tactic I can't say I would do it the same way. I'm not saying he does not deserve to get paid. If there is no debt with DPBM why talk about it here. I would think it is off topic and should be deleted. Just My Thought

Like I said, you have never met Ed's wife. She is the driving force behind getting that money that is owed. You see.... Ed kept giving them the benefit of the doubt and kept thinking, OK, next week. Well, it has now reached the point that if he doesn't do something, he will never get paid and he will never ever hear the end of it from his wife. (I love that woman)

If you put as much effort into writing your 1000 or more posts into starting your own salvage company you would probably have your own treasure group right now, and you wouldnt give a flip about dpbm.

yardarm, First of all. You sound like one of Wilf's friends. I NEVER tried to get the money that Tracy owes me from Wilf. I asked Wilf to talk to him before this got ugly. Apparently Tracy's word isn't good in my opinion and I won't just sit by without doing what I have to do.

Unlike some people. I take a Man at his word. To me a man's word is his bond. If he can't stand by his word, that tells me a lot about his honesty. I shouldn't have to get ahold of Tracy Bowden. By the same token. It was Tracy Bowden that called me to broker the deal with DPBM, not the other way around. I fullfilled my obligation. I did not name the price that would be paid. Tracy Bowden did.

I am still in Hawaii. I won't be back in Florida until early next week. If Tracy Bowden pays me what he owes me, then there is no grounds for a lawsuit. I think that's common sense. Something that has been lacking with DPBM.

Wilf owes me nothing. I am not asking Wilf for anything. If Tracy wants to take food out of my families mouth, I won't sit back without a fight.

If you want to blame this on me. Go right ahead. I have thick skin, but I won't be taken advange of, end of story.
