Yes there has been verified OS growth since last Sept. but in relatively small numbers and most if not all is restricted. Therefore the float is still small, expected to be less then 20 million at the top end. Probably more like 15. Nothing to worry about in terms of destructive dilution and is not what is driving the PPS down IMO.
