Worst CC I ever heard. These guys are complete amateurs.
Down 11% already as I type this on the CC flush.............

The direct question of how much money do you need to raise to avoid going concern clause was avoided twice.

Possible deal in next 12 months was mentioned when the deadline to NASDAQ delisting problem hits in ~4 months.

Reverse split question replies were worded to cover their butts..... said shareholders would have to approve - Duh - if their choice is approve the reverse or get delisted, what are they going to vote?

Duke paper question was answered by talking about other papers, then the timing verbage sounded less specific than last CC. Still coming months? I don't think SK even mentioned Duke this time in his comments - anyone else hear different?

Didn't sound like any phase 2 complete before July.
But they also said that phase 2 data was what they needed to create value - hello? If that's what's needed and it's not going to be in time for the July deadline, then perhaps team PP better deal BEFORE then on something - sheesh.

All my opinion of course...........

Tarvacin, a reverse split is not only not imminent, it cannot even take place without a shareholder vote. Did you not hear that Lytle say that? Did you not hear management say that they consider such a move counter productive and something they are not spending a lot of energy on?
