You consider fully diluting realistic? For what purpose? If massive dilution was the plan it would be there now. On the contrary we have both the OS and float quite low. Lower PPS is certainly a possibility this is a pinkie but if so it would not be an indication of value just temporary pennystock gyrations.

Your right they could just dilute it. Just let me ask you why they would do that. This company has no debt, no toxic financing issues like many of these start up bio's. They used their own money to develop these systems through EPA/DEQ approval, they did this even though they didn't have to.
Now that they have the approval, the product is the best out there getting rave reviews, contracts are being negotiated up the ying yang and the signed contracts are now piling up.
Why on earth would you dilute your own stock. It would be hurting you the Company owner just as much if not more the the shareholder???
The only reason the A/S is there and agreed is for company growth over the LONG term for aquisitions and the like. By then we won't be worrying about that.
It,s going to take constant news of contracts coming in, J.V's and growth. I know that we have all that and more...launchpad is a scenario I feel is correct IMHO
