With all due respect, stervc, I wasn't comparing expenses. I used a real company as an example. The question is what is the basis for your numbers?
Since you are interested in keeping it simple, that is all I asked.
The simple fact of the matter is that the 'management' of this 'company' has no business plan. If they did, they would make it apparent by taking the steps necessary to provide the transparency it would take to convince people that they were being above board in their assertions.
