">>>>I also noticed he mentioned a few times that they have not been negative on Hemi. I don't agree with that. Keeping shareholders in the dark about the share structure is a big negative. It beats me why he can't grasp this simple fact. Is he that arrogant or just plain stupid??!<<<<<<<"

IMO STRONGUS it is neither "stupidity or arrogance" don't take this the wrong way but KA is the CEO of HMGP and his management are his inside advisors, and we...............well we are the shareholders.

And as shareholder we too can share our advise and express our opinions but bottom line HMGP's decision regarding the TA is with in rules of engagement and as shareholders if we do not agree or like this approach then we as shareholders are in direct control of "our own" HMGP positions. And in that respect we as shareholders can then make the right decision on that position as it directly relates to us.

As a shareholder either we are on board with the overall HMGP approach, business strategy and model or we are not. And if the answer is "not on board" then as a shareholder you have one action that will directly disconnect your involvement and risk with HMGP.

Otherwise IMO we as HMGP shareholders live with the current process that is in place and keep our replys to HMGP Management constructive and respectful; and in return answers to these questions are provided by HMGP.

And again, please don't take this the wrong way, but comments such:

>>>>>It beats me why he can't grasp this simple fact. Is he that arrogant or just plain stupid??!! I know there are a few shareholders who pleaded with him in a very civil way but that hasn't changed his mind!<<<<<<<<

Drives right back to my earlier point and is probably why some have a hard time understanding this approach or in their opinion a lack of communication provided by HMGP.

The CEO must always respect the fact that the shareholders are the owners of the company and they deserve to be kept up-to-date no matter what. May be we need to remind this CEO (and some of his supporters) that it is the longer-term investors who afford the company the benefits of raising cash for the operations. The CEO is just another employee. We are paying him.
